Quelari / Product preview

A clearer history of work and evidence.

Quelari is being designed to help teams preserve evidence about work, compare resource use and keep a clear history of records and corrections.

First-class product vision · evidence-labelled

Resource intelligence: know what work consumed, what it achieved, and whether a change truly helped.

Quelari’s intended utility includes an in-house calculator and monitoring layer that attributes consumption to tasks, models, retries and verification, then recommends how to obtain more accepted useful work from finite plans and budgets. The calculator below is a browser-only illustration. Live telemetry, account connections and an active optimiser are not available in this preview.

Illustrative calculator concept

Comparable-profile calculator

The proposed comparable-profile calculator would compare matching workloads, units and quality requirements, include checking overhead and retain uncertain or negative results. This page demonstrates only the scalar arithmetic below; it does not choose an improved execution.

Product vision · not live

End-to-end consumption monitor

Intended to show which task, model, retry, tool call, verification step or failed attempt consumed an allowance or purchased credit, with auditable attribution.

Product vision · not live

Plan-efficiency recommendations

Would recommend batching, caching, model choice, retry limits or scheduling only when outcome quality and acceptance stay comparable—and would include the monitor/optimiser’s own overhead.

Illustrative net saving
20 units / 20%
Calculator rule: net saving = baseline − changed execution − checking/optimisation overhead. Units must match, workload and acceptance quality must be comparable, and estimates must be labelled. All calculator inputs are illustrative matching units. This is not live provider telemetry, invoice evidence, measured physical energy or measured Quelari savings. A negative result means an illustrative resource increase; a zero baseline has no meaningful percentage comparison even though this simple example displays 0%.
Three ledgers, never silently pooled

Allowances, purchased provider credits and internal Q credits need separate truth.

The intended cross-venture utility needs hard accounting boundaries. Provider balances cannot be assumed convertible, and the proposed internal Q-credit layer is not yet an implemented or accepted payment network.

Telemetry integration needed

Provider subscription allowances

Track used and remaining allowance, burn rate, task/model attribution, retry and verification share, plus known reset or expiry windows. “Unknown” stays unknown when a provider exposes no measurement.

Telemetry integration needed

Purchased provider credits / API spend

Keep top-ups and metered API spend distinct from subscription allowance. Forecast exhaustion from observed burn with ranges—not guarantees—and retain provider, currency and billing boundaries.

Proposed ledger · unavailable in this preview

Internal QCredits ledger

A future internal QCredits concept would remain separate from provider allowances and purchased credits. This preview has no balances, payments, exchange rates or cross-venture spending service.

Monitor outputRequired interpretationCurrent evidence status
Burn rateAllowance or credits consumed per interval and per accepted unit of useful work.Design requirement
Reset / expiryProvider-reported window when known; never inferred from a different provider or plan.Provider-dependent
AttributionTask, model, retry, failed attempt, verification and optimisation overhead shown separately.Resource-plane concepts
Budget forecastRange based on observed burn and declared assumptions; estimate, not guaranteed availability. Not live
Outcome qualityAccepted/rejected work, correctness and service constraints stay comparable before claiming efficiency.Proposed comparison criterion
Separate responsibilities: Quelari is intended to preserve evidence about transactions; evidence is not money or authority to spend. No payment network or spendable credit is provided here.
Why it exists

Six problems Quelari is designed to address

01

“Did this record change?”

The intended design would help people check whether a record or its supporting evidence has changed.

02

“Which version is current?”

Corrections, suspensions and revocations append new linked events. The original is not silently rewritten.

03

“Can the issuer prove what it issued?”

The intended design would connect a business action to a clear, durable record and supporting evidence.

04

“Can another system check it?”

The intended design supports evidence that another system could independently review. Verification is not connected on this website.

05

“What happens after a crash?”

The intended design would make interruptions and unresolved recovery work visible.

06

“Can we leave?”

Receipts and proofs are designed to be portable. The architecture avoids making verification depend on a tradable asset.

Intended utilities

What Quelari is being designed for

These product concepts are not connected services on this website. No account, issuer credential, payload or proof is accepted here.

Planned hosted capability

Issuer registration and scoped schemas

The intended service would let authorised organisations manage the kinds of records they create.

Planned hosted capability

Signed event issuance

The intended service would help organisations preserve records of actions and their supporting evidence.

Planned hosted capability

Receipts and free verification

The intended service would provide portable evidence that other systems could independently review.

Planned hosted capability

Lifecycle and status

The intended service would keep corrections and changes visible rather than silently replacing earlier records.

Planned hosted capability

Controlled receipt sharing

The intended service would help people share appropriate evidence while respecting privacy and access boundaries.

Experimental

Agent action evidence and Sphere work

Explore a separate fictional Sphere demonstration with five logical planes. It is not a cryptographic verifier, live workflow or production optimiser.

Conceptual product journey

From work to a clearer history.

This is the intended experience. The website does not collect records, preserve private histories or run verification services.

1 · CollectUnderstand the workBring together the relevant context and permissions.
2 · PreserveKeep useful evidenceMaintain a clear record while respecting privacy.
3 · ReviewCheck what happenedMake the evidence understandable and open to appropriate review.
4 · CorrectKeep changes visibleShow corrections without obscuring the earlier history.
5 · ShareCarry evidence forwardSupport appropriate sharing and independent review.
